US v. Ford, 11-5193

Judgment of conviction of being a felon in possession of a firearm is affirmed, where: 1) although defendant's first conviction was reversed and remanded due to a post-trial change in the law; and 2) defendant's conviction on remand does not violate the Double Jeopardy Clause because when a conviction is reversed due to a post-trial change in law, a second trial is permitted.
