Lane v. Holder, 11-1847

In action challenging federal laws restricting interstate transfers of handguns and Virginia state law prohibiting firearms dealers from selling handguns to non-residents of Virginia, district court's judgment dismissing complaint is affirmed where plaintiffs lack standing because any injury to the plaintiffs resulted from decisions made by third parties rather than the application of the challenged laws to them directly.
