US v. Tillery, 11-4819
Defendant's convictions for robbery and firearm-related offenses and sentence are affirmed where: 1) the jurisdictional requirement for defendant's Hobbs Act robbery conviction was satisfied in this case; 2) there is more than enough evidence on the record to support defendant's conviction; 3) district court did not commit plain error in delivering the jury instructions; and 4) defendant was properly sentenced as a career offender.
