US v. Caporale, 12-6832

District court's order directing that defendant be freed from the custody of the Bureau of Prisons and placed on supervised release is affirmed, where although the district court incorrectly ruled that defendant's condition cannot be, as a matter of law, a serious mental illness, abnormality, or disorder within the meaning of the Adam Walsh Child Protection and Safety Act, it did not commit clear error in its determination that the government fell short of carrying its burden to demonstrate a relative likelihood that defendant will reoffend.
