Defendant's conviction and sentence for various offenses stemming from his role as the mastermind of a multi-million dollar scheme to defraud the Department of Defense are affirmed, and defendant's various challenges rejected, including: 1) trial court's jury instruction that defendant could be convicted under an aiding and abetting theory; 2) his conviction for conspiracy to commit transportation money laundering in violation of 18 U.S.C. section 1956(a)(2)(b)(i); 3) improper venue for his criminal trial; 4) trial court's various evidentiary rulings; and 5) reasonableness of his sentence of 105-year imprisonment
