Martin v. Lloyd, 11-1405

In plaintiffs' suit to enjoin enforcement of two South Carolina statutes prohibiting certain "devices pertaining to games of chance," district court's grant of summary judgment in favor of the defendants is affirmed where: 1) the statutes are not unconstitutionally vague; and 2) the statutes do not fall within the scope of Ex Parte Young's holding.
