US v. Hamilton, 11-4892

Defendant's convictions for making certain intentional misrepresentations concerning his service in the United States Marine Corps are affirmed where: 1) there is substantial evidence to support both the false statements conviction and the theft conviction; and 2) the statutes underlying defendant's insignia convictions are constitutional, both on their face and applied to him.
