Webster v. USDA, 11-1739

In plaintiffs' suit alleging that their land will be adversely affected by the Natural Resources Conservation Service's (NRCS) decision to construct a fourth and final dam and that the action failed to comply with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the district court's grant of defendants' motion for summary judgment is affirmed as, the NRCS has complied with the procedures mandated by the NEPA and taken a hard look at the project's environmental effects.
