Centro Tepeyac v. Montgomery County, 11-1314
In an action brought by a nonprofit corporation that provides pregnancy services but does not refer for or provide abortions, challenging the constitutionality of Montgomery County Resolution No. 16-1252, contending that in compelling speech, the resolution violates its free speech rights under the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the U.S. Constitution. the District Court order is: 1) affirmed to the extent granting plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction; and 2) reversed to the extent that it denies plaintiff's requested preliminary injunction.
