Huggins v. Prince George's County, MD, 10-2366

In a civil action against a county and five officials, after the county shut down the salvage automobile wholesaling business operated by plaintiff on a parcel of land that plaintiff owned within the County, alleging federal law and state common law violations, the district court's dismissal of certain counts under FRCP 12(b)(6) and granted summary judgment in favor of the county and officials is affirmed in toto.
