In a prosecution for conspiracy to participate in a racketeering enterprise, conspiracy to commit murder in aid of racketeering, murder in aid of racketeering, use of a firearm in relation to a crime of violence, and murder resulting from the use of a firearm in a crime of violence, the convictions are affirmed against challenges to the district court's admission of certain witness testimony and challenges to the sufficiency of the evidence to support the convictions.
