US v. Holmes, 10-4738

In a prosecution for aggravated sexual abuse of a child that occurred while the defendant was on active duty with the United States Air Force, judgment of conviction is affirmed, where the district court: 1) did not err in denying a motion to suppress statements made by the defendant to investigators; 2) did not err in denying a motion to dismiss the indictment for lack of venue under 18 USC section 3238; and 3) did not abuse its discretion in granting the government's motion in limine to exclude proposed testimony of a defense witness.
