In a prosecution for attempted enticement, receipt of child pornography, and possession of child pornography, the district court's sentence is affirmed, where: 1) the defendant’s communication with a victim qualified as an instance of "sexual abuse or exploitation of a minor" that allowed for an enhancement; 2) the district court did not err in applying an enhancement, as it followed the reasoning of the Eighth Circuit regarding an issue on which the Fourth Circuit had not ruled directly; and 3) the sentence was not substantively unreasonable.
