In a challenge to the district court's jurisdiction under 18 USC section 3583(e) to impose a second prison sentence for violations of supervised release after the district court effectively revoked supervised release and imposed a prison sentence in a prior hearing, the sentence is affirmed, as: 1) the district court’s revocation of the term of supervised release at the prior hearing did not end the court’s jurisdiction over the appellant’s release; and 2) the district court’s jurisdiction over the appellant’s release included the power to hold a second violation hearing and impose another sentence.
