In an appeal from a judgment of the district court finding that it could not provide the Government with a reversionary interest in future care award that comports with both the FTCA and California law, judgment is affirmed in part and reversed where an award of reversionary interest approximates California Civil Procedure Code section 667.7 and in a manner that is consistent with the FTCA.
