US v. Bell, 10-4644

Sentencing of defendants on offenses arising out of a conspiracy to distribute oxycodone pills is vacated and remanded for re-sentencing where the district court failed to explain adequately its methodology for calculating drug quantity and otherwise to make findings sufficient to permit appellate review of sentences for procedural reasonableness.
