United States Fourth Circuit

US v. Wellman, 10-4689

Conviction and sentencing of defendant on offenses related to his possession of child pornography are upheld where: 1) the search warrant that led to his arrest was not invalid; 2) a instruction involving the term "obscene" was not erroneous because it lacked a knowledge requirement; and 3) the imposition of a total term of 300 months' imprisonment was not unconstitutional.
