In an appeal from a judgment of the district court denying defendant habeas relief from his convictions for the first-degree murder of three young women, judgment is affirmed because defendant's constitutional rights to due process of law and effective assistance of counsel were not violated by the introduction of Comparative Bullet Lead Analysis evidence at trial.
