United States Fourth Circuit
Tassi v. Holder, 10-2194
In a petition for review of an order of the BIA affirming the denial of petitioner's claims for asylum, withholding of removal, and protection under CAT on adverse credibility findings, order is vacated where the immigration judge erred in failing to weigh all relevant evidence under the totality of the circumstances, because adverse credibility determinations need not be fatal if there is independent evidence sufficient to overcome them.
