United States Fourth Circuit
Taylor v. Kellogg Brown & Root Services, Inc., 10-1543
In an appeal from a judgment of the district court dismissing plaintiff's tort complaint which alleged that the conduct of the defendant, a private contractor of the Army, was the proximate cause of severe injuries he suffered when he was electrocuted while serving on an American base in Iraq, judgment is affirmed where the adjudication of the complaint would necessarily implicate a political question.
