ASWAN v. Commonwealth of Virginia, 10-1437
In a challenge to defendant's relocation of homeless services on the grounds that relocation violates 42 U.S.C. section1983 and 1985(3), the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Equal Protection Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment, and the Fair Housing Act, judgment of the district court dismissing action is affirmed where plaintiff's complaint failed to state a claim upon which relief can be granted or was time-barred.
