In a petition for review of a final rule promulgated by the Respondent regarding energy conservation standards for electric induction motors ranging in power output from .25 to 3 horsepower, petition is denied where Respondent's rule embodies a permissible interpretation of the statutory definition of the term "small electric motor[s]" as codified in the Energy Policy and Conservation Act, 42 U.S.C. section 6311(13)(G).
