In a constitutional challenge to the defendant's practice of allowing the delivery of an invocation at the beginning of every meeting of its Board of Commissioners, judgment of the district court is affirmed where defendant’s legislative prayer policy violates the Establishment Clause by advancing and endorsing Christianity to the exclusion of other faiths.
