United States Fourth Circuit
Aikens v. Ingram, 08-2278
In an action alleging that defendants violated plaintiff's Fourth Amendment rights by wrongfully intercepting, reading, and forwarding his e-mails while he was deployed in Kuwait, judgment of the district court denying plaintiff's Rule 60(b)(6) motion on the reasoning that he failed to establish extraordinary circumstances is affirmed where denial was not an abuse of discretion.
