Solis v. The Food Employers Labor Relations Assn., 10-1687
In a dispute arising from the issue of adminstrative subpoenas as part of an investigation undertaken pursuant section 504(a)(1) of the ERISA, order of district court enforcing subpoenas on the grounds of the fiduciary exception to the attorney-client privilege is affirmed where there is no abuse of discretion.
