Sumter County School District 17 v. Heffernan, 09-1921
In an action involving a claim for reimbursement under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), judgment of the district court that school district denied appellee free appropriate public education (FAPE) making home placement appropriate is affirmed where district court properly determined that failure of the school district to implement an individual education plan constituted a denial of FAPE under the IDEA.
