Sentence for illegal reentry into the U.S. after having been convicted of an aggravated felony, in violation of 8 U.S.C. sections 1326(a) and (b)(2), is affirmed over claims that the district court violated Shepard v. US, 544 U.S. 13 (2005) in calculating his advisory sentencing range, where the alleged error in calculating the guideline range is harmless.
