Wheeler v. Newport News Shipbuilding, 10-1164
In an action appealing the Benefits Review Board denial of plaintiff's claim for benefits under the Longshore and Harbor Workers' Compensation Act, 33 U.S.C. sections 901-950, the Board's decision is affirmed as the term "compensation" in Section 22 of the Act does not include the payment of medical benefits.
