United States Fourth Circuit
Doe v. Obama, 10-1104
In plaintiffs' suit challenging the federal funding of research involving embryonic stem cells, district court's dismissal of the suit for lack of standing is affirmed as, although a complaint that provided more concrete information about the identity of the named plaintiff embryo or the plaintiff parents' plans for adoption would at least address more directly what the Supreme Court has identified as serious constitutional concerns, here, the plaintiffs cannot establish standing.
