United States Fourth Circuit
US v. Allen, 10-4012
Conviction of defendant for knowingly possessing ammunition after having been convicted of a felony, is affirmed as, the district court did not err in denying defendant's motion to suppress the ammunition underlying his conviction, as the agent's affidavit establishes probable cause for a search of the residence for firearms, and thus the nexus between the place to be searched and the items to be seized was established.
