Marynenka v. Holder, 07-1792

A petition for review of the BIA's denial of petitioner-Belarusian citizen's application for asylum and related relief is granted and the decision vacated and remanded where the IJ committed substantial legal error in rejecting certain of petitioner's corroborating evidence.
