United States Fourth Circuit

Defendants' drug conspiracy convictions are affirmed where: 1) none of the elements of the charge against one Defendant required her codefendant to be properly identified; and 2) there was reasonable suspicion to stop Defendant's vehicle because she crossed the double center line of a road. Sentence of one Defendant is vacated where the prosecution failed to prove her predicate offenses.
