CACI Int'l., Inc. v. St. Paul Fire & Marine Ins. Co., 08-1885

In an action for insurance proceeds claiming that the policy at issue obligated Defendant-Insurer to defend Plaintiff-Insured against claims of torture in Iraqi prisons, summary judgment for Defendant is affirmed, where the policy limited coverage to events in the U.S. and Canada and no exception applied.
