United States Fourth Circuit
US v. Massenburg, 08-4373
Defendant's firearm possession sentence is affirmed where: 1) Defendant claimed that the District Court failed to inform him of his potential status as an armed career criminal prior to accepting his guilty plea, but Defendant did not object to this error; and 2) Defendant failed to show a reasonable probability that he would have pled not guilty had he been properly informed.
