United States Fourth Circuit

American Arms Int'l. v. Herbert, 08-1302

Petition for review of the BATF's revocation of its firearms license is denied, where malice or improper motive are unnecessary to establish a "willful" violation of the Gun Control Act, and a single violation of the Act sufficed to support the revocation of Petitioner's license.
