Petitioner's petition for review of the BIA's order denying her motion to file a successive asylum application is denied, where: 1) Petitioner was required to file a successive application with the BIA, which denied the previous application, not a new Immigration Judge; and 2) Petitioner was required to move to reopen the prior proceeding.
