In a Fair Credit Reporting Act action based on errors by Defendant credit bureau, judgment for Plaintiff is affirmed where Plaintiff offered sufficient evidence of her damages based on denial of credit and emotional distress, but reversed where the District Court failed to consider prevailing market evidence in awarding attorney's fees.
