Dotson v. Pfizer, Inc., 07-1920

In a suit for wrongful termination for use of Plaintiff's FMLA rights, judgment for Plaintiff is affirmed in part, where Plaintiff did not need to specifically cite the FMLA to Defendant-Employer to invoke his rights under it, but vacated in part, where the District Court erred by failing to grant Plaintiff's request for prejudgment interest.
