In an action brought by plaintiff-former employee against defendant-employers's Disability Plan under the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), denial of disability benefits is affirmed where: 1) a conflict of interest did exist; however, 2) the plan in this case did not abuse its discretion.
