United States Fourth Circuit

A ruling rejecting bankruptcy trustee's claim that he was entitled to recover from defendant the value of certain assets fraudulently transfered from the bankruptcy estate is affirmed where defendant was not the "entity for whose benefit such transfer was made" under 11 U.S.C. section 550(a)(1).
