Bustos v. White, 07-6598

Grant of a conditional writ of habeas corpus is reversed and remanded where Supreme Court precedent did not clearly establish that petitioner's attorney was constitutionally deficient in failing to inform petitioner that he was ineligible for parole before he entered a guilty plea.
