Saintha v. Mukasey, 06-2304

Petition for review of denial of application to defer removal under the UN Convention Against Torture and finding petitioner ineligible for relief under the INA is dismissed as to request for relief under the CAT, and denied as to requests for adjustment of status and a waiver of inadmissibility under the INA, where the BIA's interpretation of the INA is based on a permissible construction of the statute.
