EEOC v. Fed. Express Corp., 06-1724

In suit brought on behalf of former package handler for failing to reasonably accommodate his deafness under the ADA, six-figure judgment for plaintiff is affirmed over claims that: 1) there was insufficient evidence on which to submit the question of punitive damages to the jury; and 2) the punitive damages award was constitutionally excessive.
