In dispute over trademark registration sought by Portuguese company and opposed by British conglomerate, denial of defendant's request to compel an appearance of a representative of plaintiff under Fed. R. Civ. P. 30(b)(6) is reversed as the subpoena was valid and plaintiff corporation, as the subject of the subpoena, was required to obey it.
