Guthrie v. Nat'l Rural Elec. Coop. Ass'n Long-Term Disability Plan, 06-1410

In ERISA case where plaintiff was denied long-term disability benefits by her employee benefit plan, summary judgment for defendant is reversed where defendant failed to consider all of plaintiff's medical ailments in denying her claim for disability benefits.
