United States Fourth Circuit
US v. Williams, 06-4124
Sentence of 180 months' imprisonment for one count of being a felon in possession of a firearm and ammunition is affirmed over claim that the district court erred in sentencing defendant under the Armed Career Criminal Act, as one of his prior convictions does not meet the requirements of the ACCA since he received a sentence for the conviction under South Carolina's Youthful Offender Act.
