Conviction of driving while under the influence of alcohol or drugs and of unsafe operation of a vehicle is affirmed over claims that the admission of machine-generated data regarding PCP and alcohol in defendant's blood was in error as it was testimonial hearsay and in violation of the Confrontation Clause.
