Lendo v. Gonzales, 05-1715

Petition for review of denial of motion to continue removal proceedings is denied where petitioner was not eligible for adjustment of status when he sought a continuance, and the IJ did not abuse her discretion in refusing to continue petitioner's removal proceedings indefinitely to await a decision on his wife's labor certification application.
