In case involving one of defendant's Georgia subsidiaries selling used trucks in South Carolina, but without a location there, and where plaintiff had a contract with defendant designating certain South Carolina counties as plaintiff's exclusive dealership area, judgment against defendant under South Carolina Regulation of Manufacturers, Distributors and Dealers Act is reversed as the language of the South Carolina act will not support the broad extraterritorial scope that plaintiff would give to it.
