Phelps & Assocs. v. Galloway, 05-2266

In suit by architectural firm for copyright infringement for defendant's use of plaintiff firm's architectural plans, damage award for plaintiff, but no award of disgorgement of profits, and denial of injunctive relief by court, is vacated as to the portions of the court's order denying injunctive relief and remanded for the limited purpose of reconsidering other equitable relief, such as an order requiring defendant to destroy the infringing plans or return them to plaintiff.
